What to Expect

Our therapist has a Diploma in Animal Psychology and is qualified in small Animal First Aid so your dogs are in good hands.

We allocate 30 minutes pool time for swimming and hydrotherapy and 45 minutes treatment time for Reiki and Massage sessions.

However, you should always allow an hour for things such as  registration, preparing and drying your dog, toilet breaks etc.

For the pool sessions we have a supply of canine life-jackets but cannot guarantee to have all sizes to fit. We also provide dog toys to make your dog relaxed and to ensure it is a fun filled experience. Owners are more than welcome to bring their own toys.

Don’t feel disheartened if your dog is a little apprehensive at first as this is quite natural. Initially some dogs may not want to swim or may only be comfortable for a short  swimming initially.  Owners are welcome to remain with their dog/s during therapy sessions, however you must allow your therapist to control the exercise for the duration of your session.  Everything is taken at your dogs pace.

We want every dog to feel relaxed and comfortable therefore you will never have to share the centre with another customers dog/s.  Basically, during your session the centre is all yours!
